Raymond Beullac (1845-1907) was a decorator and dealer in church ornaments situated at 1689 Notre Dame St. in Montreal. He had immigrated to Canada from Montpellier France in 1874. He was involved with many of the religious and public festivals in Montreal and was a co-founder of the Union Nationale Francaise. In addition to Leroux 1220 he was also responsible for Leroux 1309 for the Congregation du Petit Seminaire de Montreal.
