CANADA La Vashti Cigars Advertising Token McColl 783
A generic token that is sometimes attributed to Quebec, but was probably used in several provinces. I have only seen this piece catalogued by W. R. McColl in his 1903 Sales List of Canadian Medals and Business Cards, and even he listed it as "unknown location". A cross country newspaper search shows advertisements for La Vashti cigars in Manitoba in the early 1900s.
